It's official: we're headed to beautiful Perdido Key, FL (just outside of Pensacola) from May 13-18! We'll be renting a big, comfy van and the four of us, plus my mom and sister, will be headed to this dreamy beachfront condo.
Everyone is excited. My mom hasn't gotten away to a place like Florida in over a decade. It will be such a treat for her. My sister loves any kind of beach, as do I, Robby is very fond of Florida as a whole, and Ireland can't wait to "play in the sand". Irie still refers to our latest family vacation to California in '07 as "the beach" (and occasionally "Disneyland" as well), so she's very excited to see a similar landscape once again. I'm also looking forward to plenty of fresh seafood.
Just 3.5 months to go!
