My sweet baby girl is 6 years old today. It's amazing that that much time has passed since she entered this world. I so easily recall the days of nursing her as a newborn in the wee hours of the morning, laughing as she ate cheerios off a blanket and drug her face in them while attempting some weird acrobatic moves, the challenging days of potty training, and the satisfaction of watching her squeal in delight at each of her five previous birthdays while surrounded by so many people who love her. As an only child, she was hard work. Now? She is my helper, my little friend, and the best big sister to her two younger brothers. I couldn't have asked for more in a daughter and I look forward to the coming bittersweet days of watching her mature into an incredible woman of Jesus Christ. I am so proud.
