Tonight at supper, the kids were asking for a dessert. I am known for often serving it, just because I love to be in the kitchen, and so I thought I'd oblige them with something simple. I decided on Mini Cinnamon Rolls with icing. Easy peasy and very yummy! Warm, buttery, quite sweet, and a no-brainer when it comes to baking. Anyone can make these!
